What is included in a standard yacht charter?
All our charters include a professional crew, safety gear, fuel, and non-alcoholic refreshments. The items included vary depending on the service — for instance, sunset cruises come with premium non-alcoholic beverages and appetizers, while corporate charters provide meeting facilities and catering options for businesses.
How far in advance should I book?
It's best to reserve your booking around 2–3 weeks ahead, particularly in peak periods from May to September. For business gatherings and private events, we suggest reserving 4–6 weeks in advance to secure availability and to have sufficient time for personalized arrangements.
What happens if weather conditions are poor?
Our primary concern is safety. If our captain considers weather conditions to be hazardous, we will propose an alternate date for your charter, or you will be eligible for a full refund. We closely monitor weather forecasts and will get in touch with you 24 hours prior to your departure if the weather seems unfavorable.
Can I bring my own food and beverages?
Yes, guests are allowed to bring their own food and drinks aboard. Nonetheless, we also offer exceptional catering services that can tailor menus to your tastes. Note that for safety measures, glass containers are not allowed on the yacht.
Are your yachts accessible for guests with mobility limitations?
We endeavor to cater to all of our guests' needs. Some of our yachts are equipped with better facilities for accessibility than others. When making a reservation, please reach out to us regarding any particular requirements, and we will direct you to the most suitable yacht and arrange for any necessary provisions.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations conducted 72 hours or more before departure are fully refunded. Those made between 24 and 72 hours prior are refunded at 50%. Cancellations within the 24-hour window prior to departure are not eligible for refund, except under conditions of poor weather or mechanical difficulties from our end.
